Employment with OSLA

The Oklahoma Student Loan Authority is a customer- and team-focused place to work, supporting borrowers toward successful loan repayment. OSLA is a not-for-profit, public trust of the state of Oklahoma, created 50 years ago. After many years of stable, consistent growth, OSLA changed as the student loan industry changed. OSLA now serves as a contractor to service federal student loans owned by the U.S. Department of Education for people across the U.S. and beyond. OSLA employees accepted the challenge to learn new processes, which continues to be the culture today. Changes and learning keep the work interesting.

OSLA employees understand the importance of serving people who are paying off their student loans. The employees have a desire to serve their customers with enthusiasm, knowledge and understanding. Customer service representatives, accountants, and information technology administrators are some of the more than 75 employees who assist students, families, business customers, and co-workers.

OSLA provides its employees with a technologically advanced, comfortable and safe work setting, and a comprehensive benefits package
